With over a decade of experience managing high-profile projects as a Development Manager at UBC Properties Trust, along with years running her own consulting firm, and most recently as a Senior Development Manager with Westbourne Projects, Crystal brings a wealth of expertise across institutional, residential, and educational sectors. Her background in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia, combined with skills in furniture procurement, tenant fit-out, branding, and graphic design, allows her to take a comprehensive, process-driven approach to each project. She effectively balances creative vision with rigorous execution, ensuring that each space aligns with the client’s objectives.

Known for her eye for detail and love of finishing touches, Crystal curates the perfect mix of furniture, art, and accessories to bring spaces to life. Her dedication to cohesive design ensures that each element not only enhances functionality but also resonates with the people who use the space, creating inviting and lasting environments that feel complete and thoughtfully curated.

Outside of work, Crystal is a master multitasker who seamlessly juggles family, community involvement, and a passion for animals. Whether on-site with a hard hat or adding the finishing touches to a project, she remains dedicated to making spaces that truly resonate and function for their occupants, creating places that feel both inspiring and thoughtfully designed.

Nick, a seasoned industry professional with over 25 years in the development and construction sectors, brings a wealth of expertise and a hands-on approach to every project. After founding Westbourne Projects Limited in 2012, he has continued to drive excellence through his deep technical knowledge and collaborative approach. Nick holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from UBC and a Master’s in Structural Engineering from Imperial College, London, experiences that have shaped his thoughtful approach to managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

Nick’s career journey began as a structural engineer with Glotman Simpson, where he worked on a variety of projects before transitioning to project management with a prominent residential developer. His seven years as a Development Manager at UBC Properties Trust gave him invaluable experience overseeing projects ranging from a few million to several hundred million dollars, where he honed his skills in balancing technical demands with stakeholder needs.

As Nick embarks on a new journey with Curo, he brings his core strengths of fostering strong team dynamics, effectively communicating with stakeholders, and proactively identifying project risks. His dedication to detail ensures that every stage is executed efficiently, meeting timelines and exceeding expectations.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending quality time with his family and pursuing his passion for mountain biking, skiing, and kiteboarding.
